Thanking you for the great paella night we had at our villa, all our guests thoroughly enjoyed it and said it was the best paella they had had for a long time. Your staffs were extremely helpful and Lucy even went out to collect a guests special requirements. We were very grateful and fully appreciate your company’s professional yet personal service.

Thanks very much for my retirement party it was perfect, just what we wanted at an unbelievable price. We could never have hosted such an event for the money at home, it was very much appreciated and we wish your company all the very best.

When I contacted Food For Thought originally about catering for Joy and my 50th and 60th Party I plucked them off the internet. I spoke to other caterers but felt from our initial discussions that you would most likely provide the service I required within a sensible budget. When you came to see us my original beliefs were reinforced.

When we had to change the menu just over a week before the event you were extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. On the day you did everything you said you would do and more. As you know I did not sample any of your food and to a degree took a risk in that regard.

During the party when you were setting out the food on the buffet tables I walked into the room and rushed out to get Joy. I was overwhelmed by the amazing presentation and when Joy saw it she was of like mind.

All of our guests were highly complimentary on the day and subsequently about the high standard of the food you provided. Even now, over a month after the event, people come up to us who were not there, telling how they have heard how fabulous the party was, and your catering and service was a major influence.

I will not hesitate to use your services again and will happily recommend you to family and friends.

Food for Thought were in a large way responsible for making our day the wonderful experience we have shared with our nearest and dearest. Before the day they were on hand for discuss options, offer their expertise on how to best arrange tables and chairs and also provided said furniture. Their staff were incredibly friendly and highly professional and never once did we have a glass left unfilled using their bar service, which was available for the duration of the event.

The food was a work of art, and every plate was piled high, including our fussy eaters thank to Food for Thoughts excellent flexibility and guidance in creating a custom menu to fit every bodies tastes. Their menu was expertly created from sit down discussions and taste tests we enjoyed with business owners Simon and Katrina who became quick friends throughout our time working with them. The desserts were exquisite and were enjoyed very much by adults and children alike.

Without Food for Thoughts friendship and guidance throughout our wedding planning we would not have had the day that we did and are extremely grateful for their assistance with everything from booking cars and entertainment to their brilliant professional clean-up the next day. The day we imagined in our minds at the start of our planning came together thanks to them and all of this a what is a bargain compared to many event organisers and wedding planners. We couldn’t be happier and are sure anyone else seeking to have a day like ours will feel the same.

For our wedding, we wanted to make it very much individual, and after meeting two companies we came across Simon from Food for thought, “no problem” he said, words we were waiting to hear, just let me know what you want…. And from there we never looked back, Simon and his fantastic team prepared the most amazing feast of fresh shellfish which was a sight to see, our guests were wowed, which was exactly the effect we were after, beautiful marinated lamb, served with mouth watering accompaniments, and succulent deserts, (his wife’s Brownies are to die for!) his staff stayed to serve drinks and guest commented how lovely they were, all in all we cannot fault and would recommend for any occasion, Thank you Simon, Katrina and your wonderful team for making our wedding day.

We married in Nerja on July 11th 2009, the whole event was taken care of by Food for Thought. They were great; we didn’t worry about the slightest detail, the food was perfect, just what you would expect from a professional company. There was a large range of fresh fish, dressed salmon, carved meats, some really different salads, there was too much to list but it was great and the chocolate fountain really topped the night off. Then Not To Fall started to play and liven up the night. Everyone was dancing and enjoying themselves, they played all our favorites. All our friends still talk about it and many say it’s the best wedding they have been to in years. It was great to have guaranteed sunshine as well. The whole event was a hit and I can’t thank you enough. I know a lot of people worked together to make our day great, but you and your staff were fantastic.

We would just like to thank you for the catering for our wedding. Having already sampled your delicious food there was no doubt in my mind who we wanted to cater for our Wedding Day. You and your staff proved we made the perfect choice. The staff went above and beyond expectations to make our day faultless, even with a late change of venue they were completely professional. A huge thank you to you and all your staff for making our day a dream. Even now, when the subject of our Wedding arises, friends and family never fail to mention the sumptuous feast you prepared for us. We really appreciate the extra effort you made and the extra work the venue change made which wasn't reflected in the price.

Just to let you know that we were very impressed with the service you delivered on our wedding day. You efficiently catered our wedding and also organised the hire of tables, chairs, crockery etc As we were organising and planning our own wedding, you took a lot of the stress out of the process by taking care of all of this for us.

It was essential that the wedding was catered within the budget we allocated and we are delighted that you were able to deliver everything we wanted on budget without a hitch.

We would like to say a really big THANK YOU for last Saturday. We could not have asked for better Service or Food at our Wedding. We had people comment non stop on the amazing food, people loved the fact they can have a bit of everything, and that the Paella was cooked in front of them. Also we were all very impressed with the attention all your staff gave everything, they worked extremely hard and we really appreciated it.

We will and have already recommended you to the people who live in Spain as we and they were very impressed.

On behalf of all the family, we'd like to thank you both for the meal at our villa last Thursday, We had such a great evening and it completely surpassed all our expectations - mum hasn't stopped talking about it since!! The food and atmosphere you created was fantastic and was definitely the highlight of our holiday.
